1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kintra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or website.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Kintra's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Kintra;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Content & Third-Party Profiles

You retain all rights to the text data, profile information, and metadata you upload or input to Kintra (stored securely in our Firestore databases). We do not claim ownership of your memories or timeline records.

Self-Hosted Media Storage: The actual multimedia files (photos, videos, and voice notes) that you select for your timeline events are stored directly in your own Google Drive account. We do not host or claim any license to host your event media files on our servers. You remain entirely responsible for managing your Google Drive files and storage limits.

If you input or upload personal information of third parties (such as family members, friends, or partners) to create profiles or add events, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent or authority from such individuals (or their legal guardians, in the case of minors) to provide this information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Kintra offers subscription plans (e.g., Free, Premium) that govern your account limits (such as profile and event quotas). Subscriptions and payments are managed and processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their respective terms and billing policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Kintra are provided on an 'as is' basis. Kintra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
